Topolgus Surgical Associates is a professional corporation that employs licensed physicians, licensed allied health professionals, licensed registered nurses, and administrative staff.  Our surgical practice was founded in the 1940's by James N. Topolgus, Sr. and was incorporated in 1970 by James N. Topolgus, Jr.   The mission of our surgical practice is to provide the highest quality medical and surgical services to all patients.  Our vision is to exemplify the best in medical practice by promoting the best health care and treatment of our patients.  Our values are to treat patients and employees with the highest ethical standards.
